Our Mission
Our Mission is to Promote a Healthy and self-sustaining community utilizing a holistic mind, body and spirit approach in meeting the needs of children, youth and families of Whitefish Lake First Nation #459
Who Are We?
We are a post-majority support services program that will be supporting youth aging out of care and young adults formerly in care as they transition into adulthood. Wrap around services and supports are individual to participants in our program to support independence, gain skills and confidence to build a healthy self-sustaining future.

Eligibility
-
Must be a first nation youth or young adult from Atikameg who was formerly in care and not yet 26 years old.

Must have left care at age of Majority or voluntarily exited care before age of majority.

Must have ordinarily lived on reserve at the time of placement or are now ordinarily on reserve
-
Must be willing to sign and comply to the 12-month Iyinisowin Service agreement.
**AT AGE 18 - youth were under a Permanent Guardian Order, Temporary Guardianship Order, Custody Order or a Custody Agreement.**
A program designed for you and with you to ensure wrap around supports based on individual needs.
